Once your party is reserved, there is a $100 deposit due to confirm your booking. Your deposit holds your spot on the calendar. This deposit is credited toward your balance. On the day of the party the remaining balance is payable to the performer in cash.
Booking confirmation:
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of everything you and I need to know regarding your child's special day. In addition, 1-2 days before your party, we will personally call you to confirm again all of these details to make sure there are no last minute mix-ups.
Payment:
We accept cash only. Once you are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our PayPal account to pay your deposit. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment option. You are welcome to make a deposit payment with any major credit card or bank account. Just click the word 'Continue' when you arrive on the PayPal screen (it is located under the sentence "Don't have a PayPal account?").The remaining balance will be due in cash only, at the end of your party, directly to your performer. Tips are NEVER expected, but ALWAYS appreciated!
Liability:
We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area to prior to the event.
